Steps in building your 10 ft. x 12 ft. Greenhouse

Step 1

Check with your local fencing companies to see price
and availability of 1-3/8" 17-18 gauge chain link top rail tubing
You will need 11 pieces of tubing - 21 ft. long

Step 2

Purchase our 10 ft. x 12 ft. fitting kit
Our Fitting Kits are the KEY to EASY ASSEMBLY of your greenhouse!

Step 3

Purchase one of our "DIY Benders" designed for emt and 1-3/8"  tubing.

Step 4

Purchase greenhouse plastic on internet.

Step 5

Cut all tubing to the correct lengths
as indicated in our plans
an inexpensive pipe cutter an be purchased at Harbor Freight Tools

Step 6

We recommend that you copy the three
instructional photos from this page to your computer
Bend your four 20ft. arches and assemble your greenhouse frame
Attach your plastic with the pvc fittings you built from our instructional photo

All of our fittings work with all greenhouse sizes up to 20 feet wide
using 1-3/8" chain link fence top rail tubing

All fittings have a solid welded steel construction
with a Baked On POWDER COATED Stainless Steel Color Finish!

A Greenhouse this size and smaller can also be constructed with our 3/4"emt fittings.
The 3/4" emt tubing is smaller, easier to handle and haul from the hardware store.
Here in Colorado this tubing is selling for approx. $3.20 per 10ft. stick, which makes
